Property, in detail
Two very different jobs, one agent
Haven is configured differently depending on whether you are selling property or renting it out by the night. Most clients run one side; some run both.
For realtors & brokerages
Instant replies to portal and website enquiries, buyer qualification against budget and timeline, showing scheduling, automated nurture for the 90% who are not ready yet, and a nudge on every listing that has gone quiet.
For Airbnb & short-term hosts
Sub-minute response to booking enquiries, pre-arrival and check-in sequences, in-stay support for the wifi-password questions, turnover coordination with your cleaners, and a review request that actually gets sent every time.
For property managers
One inbox across every door and every platform, tenant and owner request triage, maintenance dispatch to your trades, and a monthly report per property, generated for you.
Haven quotes your published rates and sends guests to your own platform checkout. It never takes a deposit, holds a card, or processes a payment — see No Financial Access.
Our stack
What we build your agents on
No mystery black box. This is the toolkit behind every agent we ship, and we will tell you exactly which pieces your build uses before you sign anything.
Claude
Anthropic’s models do the reasoning, writing, and judgment inside every agent. We picked Claude for instruction-following and for how well it holds a brand voice under pressure.
n8n
The workflow engine wiring your agents into your CRM, calendar, phone system, and store. Self-hostable, auditable, and not a proprietary trap you cannot leave.
Base44
Where we build the internal dashboards and client-facing app screens an agent needs — approval queues, reporting views, and control panels your team actually uses.
Constant Contact
Email and campaign delivery for the agents that send at volume, with the deliverability, list hygiene, and unsubscribe handling that keeps you on the right side of CASL.
Privately coded software
When an off-the-shelf piece will not do the job properly, we write it ourselves. Custom integrations, connectors, and logic built specifically for your business.
Privately hosted infrastructure
We host what we build, on infrastructure we control and monitor. No shared multi-tenant surprise, and no depending on a third party’s free tier to keep your business running.
Product and company names above are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use these tools; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Engagement
What working with us actually looks like
Discovery call — 30 minutes, free
We walk through where your hours and leads are leaking. You leave the call knowing which agent would pay for itself first, whether or not you hire us.
Scope & fixed quote
We document exactly what the agent will do, what it will never do on its own, which systems it touches, and what success is measured by. One fixed build price and one monthly retainer, in writing.
Configure & connect
We load the agent with your data, wire it into your CRM, calendar, phone, and store, and write the guardrails and escalation rules with you. This is the bulk of the work, measured in days.
Test against real scenarios
Before a single customer interacts with it, the agent runs your real edge cases: the awkward caller, the angry email, the ambiguous order. You sign off on the transcripts.
Launch, monitor, tune
Go live with monitoring on day one. Daily checks through the first week, then a monthly report and a standing tuning session as your offers and seasons change.
Pricing
Simple structure, quoted after scoping
A one-location clinic and a four-warehouse retailer are different builds, so the number comes after scoping. The structure below stays the same either way.
One-time build
Scoping, configuration, integration, testing, and launch. Priced on how many systems the agent touches and how complex your rules are.
Monthly retainer
API usage, MCP connections, tuning, hosting, and support, plus monitoring and reporting. One number covers all of it, so no model provider bills you separately.
No lock-in tricks
Month-to-month after the initial term. Your data and your content leave with you if you go. We would rather earn the renewal.
Next step
Which agent would pay for itself first?
Tell us what your week looks like. We will tell you honestly which of the five is worth building and which one can wait.
